I did this support to mount my new Orbi router on wall. It uses the 2 holes at the bottom of the router to fix it on the support and there is 2 holes for fixing the support on the wall. The holes is the support is for keeping good airflow and give possibility to pass cables direct along the wall (on in the wall).
