Orb Stand

I needed a stand for the infinity orb from Guardians of the Galaxy 1, and after looking at the stock image provided, a simple base like this seemed to closely match what was used in the movie. This design is very straightforward - it's laser-cut in acrylic that's approximately 0.215 inches thick. The result is a nice tight friction fit with no need for glue and legs that don't wobble. This stand could also easily hold a commemorative baseball or some other special round object, like a pinecone. The proportionality of the design is slightly off, so I'll probably recut it and upload one with a wider circular seat to better match the stock image.
