OrangeRx transmitter antenna mount
thingiverse
I'm creating another OrangeRx transmitter antenna mount. It's meant to attach securely to the stock back cover without blocking pins for programming, and it fits snugly in place. This custom design consists of two parts that work together seamlessly. First, carefully disassemble the transmitter and disconnect the coaxial cable from the PCB with precision. Next, screw an SMA female connector into part #1. Hold part #2 firmly at its right top corner, mark the center to create a hole for the cable, and then drill a 4-5 mm hole in the back cover. Use Ca glue to attach part #2 to part #1, forming a strong bond between them. Then, secure the assembled holder to the back cover using more glue. Make sure the coaxial cable is securely connected back to the PCB before placing the back cover back in its original position and screwing it tightly into place. You're now done! To complete the setup, install the first mount module in the transmitter and then attach the antenna to it firmly.
