OrangeRX DSM2/DSMX module lid

I've been frustrated since I started using the OrangeRX DSM2/DSMX module with my Turnigy 9X transmitter. The problem is that it can't be laid flat on its back, as the module's antenna would rest against it. This custom lid resolves this issue by relocating the antenna and pointing it upwards, similar to how the FrSky DJT (and possibly other) modules are designed. To implement this mod, you won't need any additional hardware. Simply insert the board part into the case to secure the PCB, mount the SMA connector into the printed lid using the original nut, and then assemble everything with the original screws.
