Orange Squeezer
thingiverse
This versatile orange squeezer adapts seamlessly to any bottle cap measuring 40 mm in diameter. To convert it into a screw-on juicer, simply carve out a hole at the top of the cap and secure it firmly to the underside of the squeezer using a reliable adhesive. I successfully attached the cap from a 2-liter Oros bottle, but you can opt for smaller bottles sporting identical caps depending on your desired juice output. Printed in ABS plastic, the part underwent a thorough treatment involving exposure to an acetone atmosphere for approximately two hours, followed by gentle rubbing with acetone to seal its surface. Subsequently, it was carefully placed in a hot box oven at 60-70 degrees Celsius to remove any residual acetone and then thoroughly hand-washed using dish soap prior to use. Super Glue proved to be the most effective adhesive for securing the cap to the part.
