Orange Rx 3 channel S.Bus receiver with long antenna leads holder
thingiverse
If I build one, please post a picture! A compact protective enclosure and 90 degree antenna holder for one of the under-appreciated yet fantastic Spectrum compatible Rx units, the three-channel (14 channel with S.Bus!) unit features two ports for antenna tubes that enable you to easily offset the antennas and hold the tubes very securely. My own antenna tubes are three millimeters wide; be sure yours are close to this width or they might not fit properly. Every detail should fit tightly. To get the spacing just right, I had to adjust and reprint multiple times (see note on picture). That wasted plastic is your advantage! Instructions: To insert your antennas through the small openings, you may need to thread a string or wire loop into them first, then pull it up to begin feeding the antenna leads into the holes. The fit for the receiver is pretty snug but should be manageable without excessive force. If pushing too hard, try reprinting this at a scale one percent larger or something.
