orange railway

Railings for plump oranges or other round fruits demand maintenance to keep them fresh. To build it, you need a wood stick with square section. I bought mine at Leroy Merlin, described as 10x10mm² but measured 9x9mm². Adjust the file or stick if necessary. Cut pieces 120 mm long and plug them into place. 1) "int_gauche" and "int_droit" are paired with one goupille, plugged to the sticks, forming the inside rail where fruits roll on. 2) "ext_gauche" and "ext_droit" are paired with one goupille, plugged to the sticks, forming the outside rail where fruits roll aside. 3) Clip the support to those last pieces. 4) Plug the remaining hole of the support into a stick as a pair. 5) Screw one side of the structure to a wall or food storage unit. 6) Use an horizontal pole with string and knots to solidify the other side of the structure. 7) "support_top" is a special support that plugs on top where clipping is not possible. 8) "support_end" is a special support that plugs at the bottom, stopping fruits from rolling away.
