Wanted a custom case for my OPiZ with an expansion header, also needing space for one of my 3007 (30x30x7mm) fans, so I modified JimNZ's design heavily after throwing it into fusion. Decided to get creative and made the fan guard look like an Aperture Labs logo while adding an Aperture Labs nameplate on the side. Going to modify it soon to attach to 2020/3030 extrusion using a modular rail system. Update: Uploaded a version with the antenna facing the rear, which takes some wiggling to get past the support for the expansion board but is doable. Also added two mount holes on the side that are 30mm Center-to-Center and enlarged the microUSB entry hole. Many of my USB cables were falling out easily making the OPiZ power down randomly. I use a long linear t-nut design to attach things to my Misumi 3030, while for 2020 on the Ender3 I found that M4 countersunk screws work instead of t-nuts. The Creality 2020 profile mates perfectly with the countersunk head on an m4 flathead. UPDATE: Redid the shell near the expansion header mic/USB on the top housing and near the OTG USB and SD Card Slot on the Lower "Lid". This brought them closer to flush, allowing me to shrink the hole around the OTG USB and Header USB ports. Also removed the top antenna model because I didn't like how the micro coax inside got squished around. On the rear antenna version, I moved the antenna hole a bit to make it easier to get the coax not to squish as well as make it easier to move the antenna in/out after it's done (it doesn't collide with the Daughterboard mounts at much now). Also put a chamfer on the screw holes so there will always be something for a screw to bite into eventually.
