Orange Pi Zero Ultra Compact Case

Orange Pi Zero Ultra Compact Case

I created this case from scratch to achieve maximum compactness, requiring minimal filament for printing and easy transportation. After three iterations and numerous measurements with a digital caliper, I designed the smallest case available on Thingiverse. ### MAIN FEATURES * Extremely compact, measuring only 49x52x34 mm * Well-ventilated design on all sides * Interchangeable antenna positioning (option to keep it inside the case) * LEDs windows for optimal lighting * Square box design allowing for versatile orientation * Reinforced mounting poles with ribs where possible ### What You Need: * 2 small M3 screws (M3x5 - button head) * 4 M3 bolts (flat head with at least 8mm, I used black bolts from Aliexpress M3x12) * M3 tap for thread opening (highly recommended) ### Choosing Another Case * You lack a properly calibrated printer that cannot print small holes and 1.2 mm walls with precision (***This is a challenging object to print***) * You dislike tight fits; the placement of objects requires critical attention, leaving little room for error * You need a small fan or a large heatsink (I used an aluminum heatsink due to low CPU-intensive tasks) * You require a stronger or more robust case (1.2 mm walls are not the toughest) * You don't have the Orange Pi extension board * You need access to GPIO pins or serial monitor pins * You need a larger IR window for the side sensor
