The Orange Pi Zero Plus boasts a longer ethernet header compared to its predecessor, the Orange Pi Zero. To accommodate this difference, I modified the original design found on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3405469 to ensure compatibility with the Plus model. I failed to verify whether the GPIO headers align with the new Plus version, so I stripped them from the STL file. However, they remain intact in the SCAD format.
