Update 25th Sept 2017 - Source file in Fusion 360 format has been uploaded. Summary ======= This case is designed for the Orange Pi Zero with expansion board module, a super low-cost mini computer like the Raspberry Pi Zero, but with built-in wired and wifi networking and more processing power. It's perfect for using with Octoprint to control 3D printers. For a case without the expansion board module, check out my other design. Note that this is not compatible with the Plus model. Features ----- - Sleek slim design - Vent opening allows airflow - Multiple options available - Easy print settings The Base ------- There are two base options - one standard and one with a mounting ear perfect for 2020 aluminium profiles. A 3mm hole provides room to fit the antenna through. You can mount the board using four M3 6mm screws, but it's not necessary because the case holds the boards in place quite securely. The Cover ----- There are two cover options - one with a slot vent and one with honeycomb vent. They are identical otherwise. The cover is friction fitted to the base without any screws needed, making it easy to attach. Printing ----- The models shown were printed on a VORON CoreXY using Filamentive black recycled PLA, 0.6mm nozzle, 0.28mm layer height, three top and bottom layers, and three perimeters.
