Orange Pi zero case with expansion board and 30mm fan and OLED Display cutout
thingiverse
remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4812438/filesremoved:DC Barrel Writingadded:OLED Display cutout 0.96'' backplate with only 4 screws honeycomb style fan grill for 30mm fanuse hotglue to avoid the display from popping in!!! The standard antenna will fit but it might take some time to really get it in I recommend a after market antenna like in the original !!!glue on the display and screw in the fan first (screw it in from the inside) M3x8 screws should be fine except for the fan use a bit longer ones so that they reach to the wall of the case.connect the OLED-Display for 5V and GND, the SDA (or SDL) to Pin 5 and the SCK (or SCL) to Pin 3 (reference: https://nerdytechy.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/orange-pi-zero-pinout.png) For driving the OLED I recommend Armbian and this Github repo (https://github.com/rm-hull/luma.oled) just look into the documentation for further information. (Don't bother with the examples provided I couldn't get them to work somehow...)Python code I wrote for the OLED with system infos:https://pastebin.com/7pVvYzCFadditional python packages: psutilPILfont:dejavu monospace (sudo apt install fonts-dejavu)you can use systemd to run it at startup!!! don't forget to enable i2c0, 1, 2 in armbian-config and install i2c-tools so you see where the display is connected (if it is connected) usually 3c on port 0 (edit the code if needed in the "serial" declaration (line 41) !!!
