Orange Pi Zero case with 47mm fan

Here's the updated version: Remixed from a standard 40mm fan to an in-hole 47mm fan. Temperatures soared up to 78 degrees Celsius with the last upgrade, but after installing the new fan, temperatures plummeted to 45 degrees Celsius, a whopping 33-degree drop, despite the room temperature being a comfortable 22 degrees Celsius.
