Orange Pi Zero case w/ USB extension & Fan OrangePi
thingiverse
I'm running Octoprint server on my OrangePi Zero, but this little thing needs some extra treatment out-of-the-box: an active cooling fan to keep it running at a safe temperature and an additional usb port to connect webcam. So this case is designed for that purpose. After 2 months of heavy use, turns out this case is fairly useful. Core temperature is around 35C while running octoprint ABS job with a 105C heatbed in an enclosed chamber. What you need to assemble: - 2510 5v fan - USB extension board like this one: https://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=525412282230 or https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1PCS-USB-2-0-Female-DIP-Switch-4P-DIP-Switch-Board/32802267565.html - 2 head ribbon connector x1 (2510 fan) - 4 head ribbon connector x1 (USB port) - heat sink https://www.aliexpress.com/item/12-pcs-lot-Raspberry-Pi-3-Heat-Sink-Aluminum-Heatsink-Radiator-Cooler-Kit-Copper-for-Raspberry/32824737672.html You can refer to the picture about connection pins.
