Orange Pi Zero Case

Orange Pi Zero Case

thingiverse

Got my Orange Pi Zero earlier this week, so I decided to make a case for it. Removable slots are built into the design for the heatsink and 26-PIN header. An antenna hole is also included for easy setup. The screw holes are threaded, making it easy to secure the device without needing nuts or tapping. Four M3*8 screws are required for assembly. For optimal results, a recommended print setting is 0.2 or less layer height with 100% infill. Update June 23, 2017: I added a new top part variant (OPIZERO-TOP-USB.stl) that allows you to add an additional USB port via female breakout board. This can be helpful for those who are experiencing difficulties with on-board wifi, so they can add a cheap $2 dongle such as Ralink mt7601u. Check the newly added photos for more information. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100%
