Orange Pi Zero Case

Orange Pi Zero Case

thingiverse

This is a case specifically designed for the Orange Pi Zero: http://www.orangepi.org/orangepizero/. The original Orange Pi Zero with the H2+ CPU is the intended target. **Warning:** This design will not fit the Orange Pi Zero Plus2 (with the HDMI connector). It may possibly fit the Orange Pi Zero Plus with the H5 CPU, but I don't have one to test. This case is designed for the Orange Pi Zero only, without the interface expansion board. If you print this design, consider the significant amount of good karma that will come from providing feedback here. Even a short comment will make a big difference. OpenSCAD source code has been shared so you can modify it if needed. Please respect the CC license. The source code is also available on github: https://github.com/phildubach/OrangePiZeroCase The Orange Pi Zero used for taking measurements had its USB-A socket soldered in at a slight angle. I'm not sure if this is true for all units, but even the one pictured on the orangepi site shows the USB connector slightly angled. If yours is straight, you might need to modify the source code and generate a new STL file for the bottom shell. All connectors and the SD card slot have 0.5mm clearance, which should be enough to account for any tolerances.
