Orange Pi Zero 3 - Nervos Network Case

Orange Pi Zero 3 - Nervos Network Case

thingiverse

This is a case for an Orange Pi Zero 3 with the IO expansion board. I designed it to run a network node for the Nervos Network so the case is stylised appropriately. It was designed to use a dual colour printer even though the panels and frame are printed separately (much more efficient than straight AMS use on the bambu). In the shown example i've used a single colour for the frame and antenna case (which folds to sit discreetly behind the box) and printed the panels dual colour by layer height to make the NERVOS lettering pop but could just as well be printed on a single filament machine. The top of the lid has a friction fit hole to suit a 40mm 5v Winsinn brushless RGB fan. It also has a hole to fit a potentiometer to control fan speed if desired (the Winsinn spins like Shane Warne). There are recessed screw mounts (M3 with 5.5mm Head) in the base to mount the board. The cut outs assume 10mm standoffs to mount the board. There is a 3mm deep recess at the top, inside the case to wind excess cable from the fan.
