Orange Pi Zero 2 Case with M3 holes
prusaprinters

This is a very basic and minimal remix of the original JonWeb version - i merely cut M3 screw holes into the pillars for the main board and cover and the USB expansion board. They are slightly tight for M3 allen head screws so no thread cutting should be required.

Print Settings

Printer:

Artillery Genius Pro

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.02

Infill:

75%

Filament brand:

Overture

Filament color:

Translucent Red

Filament material:

PETG

Notes:

The original model was already perfect dimensionally - my only addition was M3 screw holes to aid in assembly and attachment of the boards to the bottom case.

I printed at 75% infill but i am sure you could experiment with other settings - most of the model is made of inner and outer walls so infill would only make a difference in the top and bottom surfaces.

I did not use supports but depending on your printer settings may be required for the overhands on the knockouts on the bottom case.

Bottom case orientation was with the antenna hole facing the build plate.
