Orange Pi Zero 2 Buttons Minimal Case
thingiverse
Yet another compact case for the Orange Pi Zero. This case has two additional buttons that can be used to control something on the Orange Pi, such as shutting down or rebooting. The case fits snugly around the board, so you may need to adjust your 3D printing settings. I printed it with ABS plastic and had to scale up by 100.5% to account for shrinkage. Print settings include black ABS plastic, a layer height of 0.2mm, 40% infill, and a nozzle diameter of 0.4mm. You may experience issues with larger nozzles due to thin walls, but tweaking your printer's settings should allow you to print successfully on most 3D printers. For more information about the case and how I used it, including instructions for using the buttons, visit my blog at https://daumemo.com/orangepi-zero-power-reset-pushbuttons-and-a-3d-printed-case-part-2/.
