Orange PI (OPI) Camera Case v0.01

Orange PI (OPI) Camera Case v0.01

thingiverse

I spent the weekend trying to create a case for my Orange PI camera that can mount on a 10mm rod on my Prusa I3 printer. Since this is my first design, be gentle and keep in mind that some parts are my original creation while others were inspired by Raspberry Pi camera enclosures found on Thingiverse. This custom case has five main components: 1. Camera enclosure top 2. Camera enclosure bottom 3. Camera enclosure mount (you can decide to place it on the front or back) 4. Arm connecting the 10mm rod mount and camera enclosure mount 5. 10mm rod mount To assemble this case, use M3 screws that are at least 16mm long. If you're printing with ABS, try scaling up the top and bottom parts to 102.5% to ensure a snug fit for your camera board. Feel free to remix or improve my design. I created it in 123D Design, so I've provided STL and STEP/STP files for now. If that's not enough, just let me know what else you need. Print Settings: * Printer: RepRap * Printer Model: Prusa I3 * Rafts: None * Supports: None * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 20% Notes: I printed this case with two solid top and bottom layers, along with 2 outside-in perimeters. It came out great, and I was careful when removing it from the heated bed.
