Orange PI LCD mount Artillery SW-X1

This is an OrangePI Zero mount for Artillery Sidewinder X1, which replaces the original LCD screen. I've run into problems with TFT screens and decided to use OctoPrint via the AUX port (serial) since I had issues with USB and SKR1.3. To connect the SKR1.3 to the OrangePi Zero internally using headers, we need to either use logic level converters if ORPI's UART pins are used (they're 3.3V while SKR is 5V), or hook in a USB to TTL adaptor via internal USB data pins. The SKR1.3 provides 5V from the AUX port to OrangePi Zero through a 13-pin header (pin 1 - 5V, pin 2 - GND) on ORPi and the same 13-pin header is used to connect the USB to TTL adaptor (data pins 3 and 4 & pins 1 and 2 for power). Using a logic level converter and internal UART ports of Orange Pi is a cleaner option, but I had a USB-to-TTL adaptor handy so that one was used.
