Orange juicer

Orange juicer

thingiverse

This is a university project based on an orange juicer mechanism. The structure was created using digital manufacturing machines like laser cutters and 3D printers. To build this project correctly, follow these steps: Step 1: Use a laser cutter or milling machine to cut the wooden parts of the DM structure and glue them together with white glue. Step 2: Cut out the methacrylate pieces using a laser cutter and attach them with chloroform. Also, drill a hole in one half of the bowl that matches the size of the tube, cut the tube to length, and then glue the two parts together. Step 3: Print out the 3D components using a 3D printer (use .stl files). Step 4: Attach the engine cover to the tubes and the gear ring to secure the motor and its gears. Step 5: Mount the engine cover on its support structure. Note: It's crucial to consider each printer's tolerance for proper operation. The motor gears must turn freely.
