This is a modified design that I've found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2378709 .The hinge is slidely improved in order not to fuse when printing and thus ruining the 3D printed part.You shall try printing this thing at 0.12mm layer height, and make sure you have checked all the "no gaps" functionalities in your slicer software.Use 3 or 4 perimeters and also 3-4 layers top and bottom.I've printed my cap on a Ender 3 at 210/60 deg C @ 0.12mm layer height, in PLA.Make sure you use lower speeds while printing in order to be possible for the hinge layers to fuse correctly.Use support build plate only.
