Oral B Toothbrush stand

Contrary to the original thing, I wanted a stand for the toothbrush that doesn't trap water. I also made the tip conical, to make it easier to place the toothbrush. I made the tip a bit wider to get a tighter fit against the toothbrush, but my addition of the conical shape made it less tight. I printed it with adaptive layer height to minimize the plateaus. Works with e.g. Oral B 3756 and Pro 2000. TODO: * Tweak the size of the pin to fit tighter.
