Mold was always an issue (see photos). I had to dispose of several electric toothbrushes due to that problem. It was impossible to remove the marks. There are a few toothbrush head holders available, but none have enough space for the toothbrush as well. I had to add the business name, but you can block it with your slicing software. There is also one without the middle text, as it was too small to be printed quickly and sharply. I prefer the latter. Try it with multi-color filament. UPDATE 07/10/19 ver 5: I don't like placing my kids' toothbrushes near mine (cross-infection risks). So I revised the design and added a small round space on the back, allowing you to place a same-color ring. When changing heads, remove and store the color-coded rings. After several months, you'll have some spare, same-color rings. Place them on the holder, and each brush will be positioned in the exact same spot. See the last photo for clarification!
