Oral-B Toothbrush Head Case

Yet another Oral-B toothbrush head case. I used the original version a lot, but I was never able to get the threads printed right. They would be very tight, and not screw in all the way. I liked the design enough to make my own version that fixed the threads for me. The main change I made to this was that I made the threads coarser (M24) and more tolerant of inconsistencies in the printing. I also removed the grip from the case itself. I felt it was easier to grab the cap when it was sticking out more than the case. I never grabbed the case that close to the cap when I opened it.
