I designed this replacement battery cover for my Oral B toothbrush (AA battery version) as the original base had cracked. The spring battery terminals from the original battery cover fit into the base. Just open out the bottom coils slightly if it isn't a snug fit or glue it in place. It is a tight fit over the O ring seal (just like the original) and a small slight rotational twist left and right helps release a little air from the battery compartment as you push it fully home and the clips engage.
