As I'm upgrading my ORAC lathe, one function I want to experiment with is precision spindle control. This mount holds a NEMA 23 stepper inside the headstock. The stepper is connected to the spindle via my ORAC Spindle Pulley, ORAC Spindle Stepper Pulley, and a 320-2GT timing belt. The bolt posts are designed to be printed as plated without supports.
