Or \_/ Kayak Sturdy Seat Structure
thingiverse
The Kayak Model "Bay", fabricated around 2016, has a critical flaw. The seat structure attaches to the rear kayak framework but fails to secure properly, causing it to slide out of position. If this occurs, the kayak's rear collapses, leaving no support for the pilot. In a cowboy rescue situation, the pilot's weight would push the kayak underwater, as the collapsed structure cannot sustain his weight. A new 3D printable seat structure addresses this issue by preventing the back of the kayak from collapsing. The added screws ensure that the cockpit remains securely attached to the seat structure, creating a stable design that resists slippage. To install the two M10x35mm screws, ENSAT M10 screw inserts (code 3020100) are required. With this modification, kayaking enthusiasts can enjoy their sport with confidence, knowing they can perform successful cowboy rescues.
