Opus BT-C3100 80mm Fan Mod (for Small 3D Printers)
thingiverse
I separated samxthomas's Opus 80mm Fan Mod into two parts because my Monoprice i3 mini printer can't accommodate the entire model on its print bed at once. The bottom features a dovetail design that facilitates interlocking the two sections, and you'll need to "weld" them together using a temperature-controlled soldering iron set between 220-240C; I employed a TS-100 soldering iron at 240C. To achieve a solid bond, weld both internal and external seams, resulting in a combined print that is nearly as robust as if it were printed in one piece.
