Other helmet variants can also be modified; however, please verify that their internal components are similar to those shown in the pictures. This modification involves lens modification and ADF adapter modification. If you prefer to utilize the existing ADF, check my other design for lens-only modifications. The Optrel Lens of this helmet is curved and difficult to manufacture. Tired of purchasing expensive protective lenses? Simply cut 1.6 or 1.5mm thick plexiglass to create both the inner and outer lenses. Lens specifications: - Outer lens dimensions: 88mm X 108.4mm - Inner lens dimensions: 53.3mm X105mm ADF Adapter details: Print the files, then assemble using two M4 screws and nuts. This is an ADF modification utilizing an old style ADF (more rugged and reliable), which means adjustments will be made internally. The adjustment knob is included in the print file.
