Opto Endstop Mount (for 10mm Rod)
thingiverse
Here are the design and instructions for an opto endstop holder that securely attaches to a 10mm linear rod. This holder is designed with my Adapto modifications in mind, but can be used on any project where you need a secure hold for your endstop board. If you're new to 3D printing, I recommend checking out the Adapto build instructions found at github.com/rotorit/Adapto or reprap.org/wiki/Adapto. To support my work and continue providing quality content like this design, please consider leaving a tip on modernwebsitesolutions.com/resources/tipjar.html. Thank you for using my resources! Materials Needed: 1. PLA filament (available in a variety of colors) 2. 0.4mm nozzle 3. 0.25mm layer height Hardware Requirements: 2x M3 x 15mm machine screws 1x M3 x 20 (minimum) machine screw 3x M3 nuts Printed parts are assembled by inserting the linear rod through the holder, followed by the endstop board and any other required components. This assembly process provides a secure and precise alignment of all printed parts.
