Optivisor Face Shield Adapter - 3 hole punch - Extended Extra Room for Magnification Loupes Loops STEP

People who wear magnification loupes cannot use standard 3D printed face shields because there's not enough space between the head and the face shield. Some designs extend the gap (check out the well-designed https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4264732). Since Optivisor is so comfortable, why not build on that with a design that eliminates wearing two things? This version is made for the Optivisor line of magnification loupes (made by Donegan Optical Company, Inc.) and sits on top of the visor. It takes advantage of the comfortable head strap of the existing visor. The 3 hole punch spacing uses UCSF's proven design: https://www.library.ucsf.edu/news/ucsf-3d-printed-face-shield-project Here's how to make it: 1. Print the frame 2. Attach the frame to the top of the Optivisor (double-sided tape, super glue or velcro) 3. The clear part is a clear binder cover; punch it with a standard US 3 hole punch 4. The 3 holes align with the pegs on the printed frame These clear binder covers work well. A STEP file is included.
