Optiplex Micro Monitor Mount (P series)
thingiverse
I recently received some new monitors, and since some of our computers here have a micro chassis design, they're nice and compact. Dell does offer a monitor mount, but it costs $100, so I looked for an alternative solution. To attach my monitor, I created this custom mount that should fit the P2719H model perfectly. The OptiPlex 9020 is the computer model we use here, but be sure to double-check the size online if you have a different model, as sizes may vary. This mount fits snugly onto the computer, which helps prevent it from moving around unnecessarily. To ensure a proper fit, I recommend doing a test print first and checking if it fits over your monitor mount. If that works, then the full mount should fit without any issues. Also, don't forget to use supports for the arms when printing this design. I usually print them on the side and add supports to the arms, which is all you should need. I recently created another version of this mount for a different monitor model, P3418HW. Remember to do a test print first before moving on to the full design, just to be sure everything fits correctly.
