Cooling Fan Bracket: I found the bracket on morganlowe's original to be too close to the 5015 fan and I was worried about it obstructing airflow, so I made this edited version of the cooling fan mounting bracket. The dimensions are the same except that there's a gap to allow a little more airflow. BLTouch Sensor Spacer: I just sketched out some of the dimensions of the BLTouch and tried to estimate the Z height required for this spacer to get my BLTouch right in the right spot. With this I had a probe Z offset of 1.76 mm so you could adjust, if desired. It makes a very sturdy end product. Experimenting with this fan shroud now. It is compact and works well with the generic direct drive CR-10 hotend conversion kit I bought. I had to find something compact that worked with BLtouch and this is working out for me so far. This part was 3D printed on an MP Mini Delta because I had to replace the hotend on my Eryone Thinker SE (~CR-10 clone) and had to use my backup printer.
