Thanks Greg for the PDO I've thickened the shell and smoothed out any rough spots where possible. I'm not sure if it'll be wearable due to those cavities inside, but I've done everything I can to make it workable. I experimented with a few different ways to prepare the model so you have some options to choose from, and I've included the original conversion in case anyone wants to try improving on it further. Good luck with your son's project - feel free to post some pics if you take on the challenge!
