This is the exam table from the 1986 animated Transformers movie. The one that Optimus died on! Very sad. It's sized for the Super7 Fallen Leader Optimus Prime toy (https://super7.com/products/transformers-reaction-figure-wave-4-dead-optimus-prime-open-chest) but can be sized pretty easily to fit whatever size Optimus you want to examine, or whichever Transformer you want to watch die in a very heartbreaking way.
