This study aims to refine a snap-on connection specifically for PLA, ensuring that stress is evenly dispersed across the entire geometry height. The top of the design applies consistent pressure, eliminating any play between the parts. The design's architecture remains unaffected by either the Z-axis or the distance between the two sides, providing versatility in its application. Fusion 360 and STEP files are included to facilitate seamless integration with other designs, allowing users to easily incorporate this connection into their projects.
