Optimized Part Cooling for E3D v6 with Titan Extruder

This is an enhanced part cooling assembly, crafted by remixing and refining the optimized ducts designed by DaVinci2000. This innovative design clears the chassis of a Printrbot Metal Plus with ease, but its adaptability extends to any printer utilizing an E3D v6 hot end and Titan extruder. The Printrbot Metal Plus's chassis extends just beside the bed carriage, necessitating relocation of the blower from the original design. As a result, I relocated the blower to extend outward from the extruder, rather than laying flat against it. This setup effectively clears the chassis by approximately 1.5mm at both end stops and demonstrates increased effectiveness with PLA compared to my previous nozzle that only cooled parts from the front side. Next, I plan to print these part coolers using ABS for enhanced long-term durability. This design is optimized to utilize a 5015 blower for efficient part cooling and a 30x30x10 fan for reliable hot end cooling. DaVinci2000 has also optimized a hot end duct for the v6 that I have included in the files. Unfortunately, this hot end duct hits the gantry plate on the Metal Plus, prompting me to retain the original E3D hot end fan.
