Optimized bottle opener

Optimized bottle opener

thingiverse

Little bottle opener made without metal parts, designed using topology optimization techniques. When printing this model, I suggest utilizing five perimeters (0.4 nozzle size) and printing on one side. Adding four to six layers at the bottom and top can also be beneficial. The infill percentage is relatively unimportant; in my case, 50% worked fine. Printing supports are not necessary, but applying a brim may aid with bed adhesion issues. This design has been successfully printed using PETG material, and after repeated use with several beers, it shows no signs of wear. Future updates to the design will be made available once I've thoroughly tested this model.
