optimized bag clip
thingiverse
Although I initially loved the design by Andreas Kahler (http://www.thingiverse.com/drayde/designs), it didn't function optimally due to clip mechanism issues. To rectify this, I altered the file and printed multiple iterations until I found a version that performed exceptionally well for me. My sincere gratitude goes out to Andreas for his creative design. In my printing process, I opted for thin walls measuring 1.4mm. For slicing purposes, I utilized Kisslicer and set the surface insets to 0.1mm, which resulted in an extrusion width of 0.6mm (0.6 + 0.1) * 2 = 1.4mm. Regarding layer heights, I experimented with varying settings from 0.15mm to 0.3mm, all of which yielded satisfactory results. I successfully printed the part in both PLA and ABS, with both materials proving to be effective choices.
