I significantly improved neogeek's Nerf AR-15 pistol grip internals to boost printing speed. By completely hollowing out the centre of the pistol grip, I enabled it to print efficiently with a straightforward infill layout inside. Under normal print settings - specifically 0.2mm layers and a two-layer structure with 20% infill - this modified model can accomplish its tasks 15% quicker than usual.
