Here are the caps for Ø2.5mm optical fibers, commonly used with single-mode fibers like those found at Thorlabs. Standard cylindrical FC fiber caps are designed to fit perfectly. Print Settings Printer: Creality CR-7 Rafts: Doesn't matter Supports: Doesn't matter Infill: 100% Post-Printing Try #1 I printed the opening with my printer, which is not size-calibrated but can print cubes. The result was an opening that was 0.4mm too narrow for an FC fiber connector. Coincidentally, my nozzle has a diameter of 0.4mm, so perhaps this explains why it happened? I would have thought Cura takes into account the nozzle's size.
