Optical End Stops for 2020 Rail Designed Specifically for CL-260 Ultimaker Clone Owners. I Was Unhappy with Switch Style End Stops Restricting Gantry Movement, So I Created This End Stop Holder Allowing Trigger to Pass Through. The Trigger is Installed into XY Ends Provided with the CL-260 Kit. Print Settings: Resolution: .2mm Important Notes: Print With Slot Aimed Down Towards Bed, Largest Flat Surface on Part. Ensure 2 Plastic Pillars Stand Up Straight. Post-Printing Instructions: 1. Install Optical Sensor into Print Carefully, Avoiding Damage to Small Legs. 2. Melt Legs with Hot Metal, Secure to PCB for Stability. 3. Attach to 2020 Rail Using Single Bolt and T Nut. I Repurposed a Metal Pin from a Rivet as My Trigger. A Finishing Nail Can Also Work. If Sensor Fails to Detect, Paint End Black. Alternatively, Use Small Piece of Filament, Though I Prefer Not to Risk It Bending. *If Pillars Are Damaged During Initial Step, Hot Glue May Be Used for Temporary Fix. However, Fitting is Tightly Sealed Anyway.
