Optical blade nano cpx servo sensor for autolevel
thingiverse
This is my first attempt at using a standard optical sensor and an helicopter RC blade nano cpx or mcpx servo for autoleveling. I use a 2mm diameter rod and a piece of plastic tube from a ball pencil to achieve more precision, repeatability, reliability, and compactness than a bl or 3d touch. UPDATE! V2: I've modified the placement of the optical sensor 2mm below to match with the detection of the rod and created an open wiring hole for easy unmounting of the sensor without unsoldering it. UPDATE... Servo mount frankeinstein V1! I've added STL files for a Mount for the Anet A6 "Frankenstein" E3D V6 extruder with my V2 part - enjoy! Update: I've added an optical sensor hood to prevent sunlight interferences.
