Opti-PinWheel

Opti-PinWheel

This is my remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:705095.\nI couldn't get the original design to slice correctly with a 0.6 nozzle, and I also had issues with parts fitting together properly, so I created this new version using an M3 x 25 cap screw for the bearing.\nThis thing was designed with Tinkercad. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/vAAAqifD9Ah\nI intentionally avoided including washers in the design, but they're a necessity to ensure proper spacing and friction reduction. It works well even in light breezes.\nIf you print one, let us know how it turns out! \nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand: RepRap\nPrinter: HICTOP i3\nRafts: No\nSupports: No\nResolution: 0.2\nInfill: 100%\nNotes: In Cura, I use 60 shells when printing solid parts.\nPost-Printing\nM3 x 25 screw\nM3 washer\nPart A\nM3 washer\nPart B\nPart C\nM3 nut if desired (the screw should fit snugly into Part C to secure it)\nWait for the wind or create your own breeze by running.
