Opterra Balance Stand

A couple of quick designs are helping me set up my Opterra's CG. One design allows the Opterra to balance perfectly on the CG marks, while the second one sits under the nose and is slightly shorter than the first. This item under the nose has been sized so a small scale can be easily fitted underneath. The pictures show these in use with the wings removed for clarity. It's impossible to get the aircraft to balance directly on the CG marks without moving things around, but by adjusting the load on the nose as much as possible it will come pretty close. In any case, I'm confident it would handle a wide range of CG positions. The balance has some holes in the corners so it can be screwed securely to a bench or other surface.
