This is Oppo Rancisis' lightsaber based from unused Clone Wars concept art. He's the bearded four-armed snake guy from the Jedi council. For printing you need one of each piece. If the Guard piece is to large for you to print I split it into halves and you will also need the Guard Pegs if you print it in two pieces. The Inner Body/Outer Body connection may be kinda tight depending on your printer, so if you want to be on the safe side I would shrink the width of the Inner Body by a little bit in your slicer.
