I printed the blue to white thermal color changing PLA Case 2 and Case 2 Chamfer design files. The Case 2 model features flat faces, making it easy to tweak. Meanwhile, Case 5 represents the current version. The blue case is an older iteration that fit well but required some tweaks. I'm using a Prusa i3 Printer for this project. My print settings are as follows: Rafts - No, Supports - No, Resolution - 0.15mm, Infill - 10%. Here's my notes section: I start with a first layer of 0.3mm thickness and run the fan at 70% speed. I use three to four shells and apply three top and bottom layers. To ensure proper adhesion, I print at 101% scale. The "F1 Case Resized" is already optimized for this setting, so there's no need for further adjustments. To achieve the best results, I prioritize external perimeters last, giving overhangs enough plastic to stick in place effectively.
