This is a real-world-scale model of the New Opera Building in Hermitage Garden, Moscow, Russia designed by a professional architect. Product Dimensions: 115 meters x 65 meters x 35 meters Units Used: Centimeters Originally Created with 3ds Max LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE - This model features two options with the same level of detail, making it suitable for different purposes. - Object per material for real-time and game use in Unity, UE4, etc. - Single object with Symmetry modifier and MultiSub-Object material for CGI exterior visualization and architecture. GEOMETRY - The model's mesh is high-quality, with clean edge flow. - Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. - The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add additional details, edit geometry. PRESENTATION IMAGES - All preview images are rendered with 3.20 V-Ray. - Wire images were done with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. - VRayHDRI with map VRayCamera are included – the product is ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS - The model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. - JPG and PNG textures are included. - All objects are UV mapped, and all materials are named properly.
